外教简介

Ali，来自摩洛哥。

持有摩洛哥王国教育部颁发的数学科目教师资格证书。

持有TEFL教学证书。

拥有境内外多年的英语和数学学科教学经验。

My name is Ali coming from Morocco, one of the most beautiful countries in the world located in north Africa connected to the north Atlantic ocean and Mediterranean sea.

我叫Ali，我来自摩洛哥，世界上最美丽的国家之一，位于非洲北部且与北大西洋和地中海连接。

I'm a passionate math teacher with 3 years of experience in primary school and middle school environments.

我是一名热情的数学老师，曾在小学和中学共有三年的教学经验。

Currently, I teach the Cambridge math program to the primary school students at Guangwai Foshan Foreign Language School.

目前，我在广外佛山外国语学校担任外籍数学教师，在小学部教授剑桥数学科目。

I use multiple methods of teaching in the classroom(Linguistic,Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic ) to interact with the students so that no one is left behind.

课堂上，我采用多样化的教学方法（语言、视觉、听觉、动觉）与学生进行互动教学，确保不让任何学生掉队。

All students are individuals, and everyone learns in their unique way.

我认为，所有的学生都是独立的个体，每个人都有自己独特的学习方法。

I created interactive learning environment by using smart board and mathematical software.

我喜欢更多地使用电子白板及教学类的数学软件，在课堂上建立起互动的交流和有趣的学习环境。

And encourage students to put knowledge into their own words,and offer them new vocabulary to accommodate new ideas.

这样可以鼓励学生用他们自己的语言来表达知识，同时为他们提供新的词汇来迎合新的想法。

My philosophy is that you must maintain a good relationship with students and foster open communication in culturally diverse classrooms.

我认为教师与学生之间应维持亦师亦友的关系，在跨文化的课堂中促进交流和提高学习兴趣。
